After a long break like the school holidays, it can be difficult to get back into the study routine. Here are a few techniques that can help:

Set small goals
Start by setting small, achievable goals for yourself. This could be as simple as reading one chapter of a textbook or completing one assignment.
Create a schedule
Plan out your study schedule for the week ahead. This will help you stay on track and make sure you're using your time effectively.
Take Breaks
It's important to take breaks and give your brain a rest. Try the Pomodoro Technique, where you work for 25 minutes, then take a 5-minute break.
Eliminate Distractions
Find a quiet, comfortable place to study and eliminate any distractions, such as turning off your phone or closing unnecessary tabs on your computer.
Study with a friend
Collaborating with a friend can make studying more enjoyable and can help you stay on task.
Get organised
Make sure you have all the materials you need and keep your study space organised.
Reward yourself
Once you have accomplished your goals, reward yourself for your hard work.
Remember that it might take some time to get back into the study routine after a long break, so be patient with yourself and don't get discouraged if it takes a little longer than usual.
